GENERAL CONDITIONS

•The booking of our function rooms will be confirmed with the payment in advance of 500€.

•The total handed over as a deposit will count towards the total cost of the contracted services. In the event of cancellation, the amount will not be refunded to the customer and the amount will be retained by Marina d'Or to cover those costs generated.
•After the Menu tasting session, 35% of the total amount will be paid, 7 days before the event 90%, with the remaining 10% payable upon finalization of the celebration.
•A list of guests and seating plan must be given at least 10 days before the event

The contract with the number of guests will be signed 7 days before the event

•The function room must be vacated by 7 pm, except where musicians have been booked, when the time will be extended until 8 pm.

FUNCTION ROOM

Marina d'Or has a choice of function rooms for all types of events, from intimate family celebrations to the multitudinous events with large numbers of assistants held regularly in the Palacio d’Or.
We offer different function rooms so that:
taking into account your personl preferences and the number of guests, we can decide together which of our rooms meets each and every one of your needs
Set up of the function rooms is coordinated by the Events Maître of the Marina d’Or 5* Hotel, with the ISO 9001:2008 awarded for accommodation services, catering and events management.
