Marina d'Or invests in Morocco 540 million Euro

Nine ongoing projects, more than 1,000 direct Jobs, as well as the opening of 18 new offices ...

Nine ongoing projects, more than 1,000 direct Jobs, as well as the opening of 18 new offices for this semester, for a total of 24 offices among Tangier, Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech,  Agadir and Fez, is the summary of the presence of Marina d'Or Group in Morocco, country in which the company will invest more than 540 million Euro.

The Palmiere Golf Palace Hotel in Marrakech was the place chosen to the closing of the International trip in which the Chairman of the Marina d'Or Group, Mr. Jesús Ger, accompanied by investors, Spanish and local mass media, as well by authorities and celebrities of the country, presented the ongoing projects and works of the company in Africa, Europe and America.

Spectacular close for a trip that started in Bulgaria, followed by Dubai, Egypt and finally Morocco, with attendance of more than 300 guests in each session that could know first-hand Marina d'Or ' work beyond the Spanish borders.

In the closing speech of this international tour, the Chairman of Marina d'Or Group emphasized that this year we will the construction of 1,936 housing units in Tamesna (Rabat) and will start another 5,000 units more, as well as a Shopping Centre and a 3-stars Hotel.”

Moreover -stressed Ger- we are building 58 villas in Marrakech;  in Tangier, 630 housing units, a Shopping Centre, a 5* Hotel, with 252 bedrooms and 2 buildings of offices; and we are waiting for the construction permits in Fez to build 248 housing units.”

When the attending journalist asked the Chairman of the Marina d'Or Group about the reasons that inspired the company to go deep in this international expansion process, he summed them up in two fundamental concepts: confidence in the potential international destinations offer and experience, accumulated in the execution of the important projects the company has developed in Spain with full success.

Ongoing projects and works

In Morocco, the company put on sale last year, in the new city of Tamesna, the resort Les Jardins de Tamesna that has had a very good reception. In the same city, it is building Les Villes de Tamesna, high-standing villas with private garden and exquisite design.   

In Tangier, the Marina d'Or Group is building La Perle de Tánger, luxurious housing units distributed in six towers of different height, all of them designed to be used as first or second residence.

La Perle de Tánger also includes two buildings of high-standing offices, a 5 stars Hotel with 250 bedrooms, shopping centre, all this in an environment of no comparison, with 30,000 square metres of gardens and an artificial lake.  

In Marrakech, the Marina d'Or Group has presence with the resort Atlas, of 52,300 square metres of area, situated in the Touristic Centre of Zahrat Annakhil, in which luxurious villas will be built. The resort Atlas is an exclusive urbanization that combines the beauty of the spaces protected of El Palmeral with unique views to the Atlas Mountain Chain.
