OCEANOGRAPIC

The Oceanographic is Europe’s largest aquarium, with exhibits of the ocean’s major ecosystems, with dolphins, seals, penguins, turtles, sharks... and much more, with over 45,000 marine creatures on show.

BIOPARC

A perfect example of the latest generation of zoos, where visitors are submerged in realistic reproductions of original ecosystems, with the animals roaming freely in environments that resemble their place of origin (climate, flora...)

VALENCIA

Free time in Valencia’s historic centre where you can enjoy monuments such as the Cathedral and the Plaza de la Reina, followed by a visit to the Fallas Museum, where you’ll discover the history of the Fallas festival (lunch included).

THE SAN JOSÉ GROTTO. VALL D’UIXÓ

Visit Europe’s longest stretch of navigable underground river which flows just a few kilometres from Marina d'Or Holiday Resort. On this magical day out visitors will enjoy a magical and unforgettable boat ride where they will discover unique natural wonders, such as the Bat Cave, Diana's Lake and the Gallery of Siphons in this impressive and stunningly beautiful natural cave.

PEÑISCOLA

The city, surrounded on all sides, save one, by water, has a fashionable beach all year round. The castle, looking out to sea perched on a headland, evokes a past full of knights and fortresses in the lands of the Maestrazgo. Pope Benedict XIII, known as Papa Luna, chose the fortress as a stronghold from where to fight for the unity of the Catholic church. The fortress is on the highest point of the promontory.

MORELLA

Morella, the capital and pearl of the Maestrazgo region, is a simply enchanting town with its centenary walls and its robust castle, towering over the streets at more than 1,000 metres above sea level. To dine in Morella is to travel back to the flavours of yesteryear. Discover the town’s rich monumental and culinary heritage (a pleasant meal in the town is included).

THE ORANGE ROUTE

Visitors will spend a pleasant day discovering the agricultural, cultural and gastronomic charm of Vila-real’s orange industry.

THE EBRO ESTUARY

This wetland, declared a natural park in 1983 to protect its rich biodiversity, is one of Europe’s most important estuaries. Discover the area first-hand with a boat trip including explanations of the area’s flora and fauna (in season). AUDIO GUIDED VISIT.
Oropesa del Mar’s audio-guide service gives you the chance to tour the most emblematic parts of the town while receiving audio and visual information on the history and characteristics of the different spots along the route. This service is adapted free of charge to sign language, through a sign-guide in video format and induction loops for audio-phones, allowing those with hearing difficulties full access to the information..
