GENERAL MEASURES

Capacity, protection and disinfection


  • Use of mandatory mask from 6 years old, both for resort-specific and public road installations.
  • Adaptation of capacity and safety distances to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health at the front desks, parks, gyms, swimming pools, hotel spas, seawater spa...
  • Disinfection with hypochlorite solution - or others - in rooms, buffets, kitchens, shared areas, etc in the bedrooms, prior to the entrance of each new client staying.
  • Protection and/or disinfection of contact surfaces in hotels: stairs and handrails, counters, lift buttons, revolving doors, etc.
  • Disinfection plants with hydro-alcoholic gel operated with the foot located at the front desks parks, lift hall, etc.
  • Sign posts and preventive signage, both vertical and on the ground, to indicate safety distances in, for example, shifts at the front desk, parks, spa, etc.
  • Review of chlorine and pH levels, in water, every hour, for proper disinfection in swimming pools
  • Disinfection and control of environments by external companies registered in the ROESB, which certify the disinfection of Covid-19

HOTEL SERVICES

Expansion protocol

  • Expanding the room service protocol
  • Daily disinfection of rooms with hypochlorite solution or similar in rooms, before the entry of new customers

  • Disinfection of chairs and tables, in buffets, restaurants and cafes, before use by each new customer

  • Reduced capacity for buffet service (reduced number of tables, application of the appropriate safety distances, extension of dining shifts and schedules...)
  • Regular disinfections in kitchens, dining rooms, corner shops etc. by using hypochlorite solution
  • Washing conveyors always at +80ºowith control protocol in all services.
  • Adaptations in buffets:
    • Expansion of hygiene protocols for disinfection of non-cooked products, such as fruit or vegetables
    • Temporary suspension of children's buffets


FURNISHINGS AND OTHER FACILITIES

Safety distances and preventive measures

  • Disinfectant gel dispensers available throughout the complex (receptions, parks, shops, spa...)
  • Regular disinfection protocol for areas and tools in play areas, parks, recreational areas, changing rooms, etc.
  • Adaptation of measurements in line with activities (appropriate distance measures between tables, while queuing...)

Spa and swimming pools

  • Review of water levels of both pH and chlorination, for proper disinfection of swimming pools.
  • Reduction of capacity in swimming pools and spa (dimensions facilitate the safety distance, although schedules could be established).
  • Saunas and hot tubs accessible in household groups or individually.
  • Disinfection of the spa's seawater using ultraviolet rays.
  • In spas, disinfection of lockers with dissolution of hypochlorite
  • Extension of hygiene protocols: use of single-use disposable products (such as gloves or booties), etc.
