These General Conditions regulate the conditions of contracting accommodation reservations in any of the hotels or apartments owned by Marina d'Or® - Holiday City. Any user who makes the reservation through our website www.marinador.com accepts the following general conditions.
1. THE PRICE INCLUDES:
The price of the booking (VAT included) is the one published on the website www.marinador.com. The final price for the CUSTOMER will be the one that appears at the time of booking and in the email that they receive as confirmation of the same. Both in the booking process and the confirmation email, all contracted services will be specified. As a general rule, it is concluded that anything that is not specifically detailed as included in the price will not be included.
The user is responsible for correctly stating the number of people who will occupy the apartment, without omitting the children, whatever their age. In the booking process, if they meet the criteria specified in the section “Children's rate”, the gratuities or fees corresponding to them will apply.
- Apartments: it is necessary to confirm place and time of key collection through the phone number 964 727 270 or via email at info@marinador.com.
- Hotels: The check-in schedule at the hotels and apartments is the one specified for each. If you expect to arrive later, please inform the hotel directly.
If you do not communicate that you will arrive outside of the schedule established, the property may make the room(s) or apartment(s) available to others.
Once the booking has been confirmed, it cannot be modified on the website. For any changes or modifications, you should contact the Marina d'Or Reservations Department at 964 727 270 or via email at info@marinador.com.
Children's rate: hotel accommodations and multi-service apartments have special rates for children under 12 years of age where they stay free of charge in the accommodations specified on the website and shown in the booking process. Children under 12 years old stay for free in our hotels and multi-service apartments provided that a room is shared with 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children per room. For apartments on a room-only basis, the price is per apartment. Marina d'Or reserves the right to request at any time documentation proving the age of the minor. If this cannot be properly accredited, the applicable fees will apply. Cots: in case you need this service, indicate it at the time of booking, to have it planned on arrival since the hotels have a limited stock.
Total Kids Rate: park tickets included. Check for each type of reservation according to adults and children, as well as the seasonal dates and openings of the parks. Tickets to the parks will be delivered during reception at the accommodations where you made the reservation.
It is hereby stated that any of the elements or services included in the accommodations may be modified or cancelled, for security, operational, or technical reasons, as well as for weather reasons or any other causes of force majeure, all in accordance with the Operating Rules or Internal Regulations of each of the services included in the accommodations.
2. PAYMENT
BOOKING OF WEEKEND TRIPS The CUSTOMER must pay a retainer fee to confirm the reservation of a weekend trip, in the amount equivalent to 15% of the total reservation. This amount is detailed in euros at the time when you enter your credit or debit card details in the payment gateway.
HOTEL BOOKING For stays between 20.06.21 and 14.09.21 and between 06.04.22 and 12.04.22, the CUSTOMER must pay, as a retainer fee to confirm the reservation, the amount equivalent to one night of the value of the reservation. This amount is detailed in euros at the time when you enter your credit or debit card details in the payment gateway.
We remind you that, in accordance with Law 7/2012 of 11/29, on tax, budgetary and financial regulations, we cannot collect in cash any reserve for a value greater than 1,000 euros (or the same value in foreign currency). Split payments will not be accepted
For other dates, THE CUSTOMER is not obliged to make any payment at the time when they make their reservation.
The amount corresponding to all the services contracted, minus the amount of the retainer fee already paid, must be paid by the CUSTOMER upon arrival at the hotel, when presenting the invoice, by cash or credit card.
3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
The CUSTOMER will receive the confirmation of their booking via email and SMS.
4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Refundable Fee:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for stays from April 14 to 17.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 3 days before check-in for stays from July 1 to 31.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days before check-in for stays from August 1 to 20.
- Payments made as a penalty for cancellations not due to force majeure can be used by customers as part of the contracting of subsequent stays in a period of up to two years from the booking date.
- Transfer of the booking: In the event that the CUSTOMER is not able to have their stay on subsequent dates, they may assign their reservation to a third party, communicating it by phone at 964 72 72 70 or via an email to info@marinador.com. The assignee will have to meet the same accommodation type requirements and contracted regime as the CUSTOMER.
- If they abandon the hotel or apartment before the end date of the contracted stay, no amount will be refunded.
These conditions do not apply to sporting events or themed events.

5. VALIDITY:
These conditions will be in force until 31.12.2022 or due to the publication of subsequent conditions if before that date, in which case they would be published in this same section to inform users.
6. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
In accordance with the characteristics of the reserved products or services, we hereby inform you that in accordance with article 103. I) of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the hotel reservation system. However, Marina d'Or ® does allow the cancellation of reservations in accordance with the requirements set out in paragraph 5. Cancellation Conditions.
7. SPA CONDITIONS:
7. SPA CONDITIONS: With the acceptance of this reservation, the user also accepts the conditions of responsibility for access to the Spa facilities with minors in their care. Children under 5 years of age only have access to the Kids area located on the second floor. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. No running, diving, yelling, or jumping into the pools is allowed. In case of not respecting these rules or any other indication made by the lifeguard or Marina d'Or staff, the company will be empowered to order the departure and not admit minors, without the right to any refund.
8.BANK DATA AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT:
The user declares that he is the holder of the bank card and authorizes Marina d'Or S.L Hotels so that he can check the payment guarantee offered by means of the card provided, as well as the payment for the provision of its services, storing the data during the period necessary to check after Check-out, that all additional expenses are covered. After this verification, the data will be deleted.
